Pamela Armstrong is the Recruiting Manager with Cardno ChemRisk.  Her work involves establishing recruiting requirements for the division, managing a recruiting team made up of office recruiters, building applicant sources, and coordinating various recruiting methods.  Additionally she helps to identify and implement retention strategies for the division.  Pam earned her BS in Business Management from University of Central Florida and is currently pursuing an MS in Human Resources and Organizational Development from University of Louisville.  She also gained a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certification in 2017.
