Olivia Messina Leleck is a Health Scientist l with Cardno ChemRisk in the Pittsburgh, PA office. She received a BS in Psychology with a minor in Health Policy and Administration from the Pennsylvania State University, and worked as a health policy consultant for federal clients following graduation. Ms. Leleck also obtained a Master’s of Public Health in Epidemiology from the University of Pittsburgh Graduate School of Public Health. She gained experience in both academic and applied public health research during her time at the University of Pittsburgh, primarily focusing on infectious disease epidemiology, outbreak investigation, and infection prevention and control. Since joining Cardno ChemRisk, Ms. Leleck has used epidemiological methods to evaluate and summarize health effects from behavioral and environmental exposures, such as wildfire smoke, plastic piping, Legionella, and electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS). She has also assisted clients with COVID-19 support, including review and development of various response guidelines and return to normal business operations procedures. Additionally, Ms. Leleck has conducted complex analyses of epidemiological data using SAS, and assisted clients with development, implementation, and analysis of behavioral survey data.
