
Biography
Dr. Lindsey A. Wood is a Health Scientist with Stantec ChemRisk. Her primary areas of training and expertise include epidemiology, statistical analyses, and human health risk assessment. She received her undergraduate training in biology and chemistry from Southern Arkansas University, her Master of Science degree in Epidemiology from the University of Louisville in 2019, and her Doctor of Philosophy degree in Epidemiology from the University of Louisville in 2022. Her doctoral dissertation focused on the association of environmental noise exposure and psychological health outcomes, including elementary school testing scores and adult mental ill-health and depression. In her graduate work, she was active in cohort study design, collection of human health and environmental exposure data, and spatial and statistical analysis.
