Ms. Dana Hollins is an epidemiologist and board certified industrial hygienist with 15 years of professional experience in industrial hygiene, environmental and occupational epidemiology, exposure assessment, and human health risk assessment.  A significant portion of her practice is dedicated to researching, measuring exposure, reconstructing dose and exposure and assessing risks to consumers, communities and workers exposed to a variety of chemicals including asbestos, diacetyl, beryllium, benzene, and phthalates. She has completed quantitative exposure assessments and risk assessments for consumer products, and medical devices, and in occupational and environmental settings. She specifically has expertise in evaluating occupational exposures to airborne chemicals in the workplace using current or historical industrial hygiene and exposure simulation data.  Ms. Hollins’ experience also includes investigating exposures and health effects resulting from non-occupational exposure to indoor air pollutants and she has completed her master’s thesis in the field of environmental and occupational epidemiology, and statistics.  Ms. Hollins is the 2020 recipient of the AIHA Kusnetz award.  She currently serves on the Editorial Board for the Toxicology and Industrial Health journal and served on the AIHA COVID-19 Re-Open America Guidelines Task Force.
