Ashwanthi Balasubramanian is an Assistant Health Scientist I at Cardno ChemRisk. She graduated from the University of Georgia (UGA) College of Public Health with a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Health Science in 2020. At UGA, she contributed to multiple toxicology research studies to understand the potential risk of various compounds, including aflatoxins and mercury containing amalgams. Her primary areas of interest include environmental health, toxicology, and epidemiology. In her current position, Ashwanthi is responsible for providing litigation support for expert witness testimony related to allegations associated with asbestos exposures.
