Ms. Persing is an Associate Health Scientist with Cardno ChemRisk. She earned a Master of Science (MS) in Occupational and Environmental Health, with a specialization in Industrial Hygiene, from The University of Iowa and completed a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a focus in musculoskeletal biomechanics with a minor in Spanish. Her research and academic training focused on exposure assessment, risk assessment, toxicology, ergonomics, aerosol science, aerosol physics, health and safety, and statistical analysis. During graduate school, Ms. Persing performed health and safety support for a private production facility. In her current position, Ms. Persing is routinely involved in providing litigation support and scientific consulting related to particulate exposures.
